Madalina Motoc founded Paco’s Animal Charity after a life-changing rescue in Mexico. Growing up in Romania, she witnessed the harsh realities of stray dog populations, which inspired her to create a sanctuary for those who help them. Today, she leads a mission dedicated to transparency and vetted care, ensuring every donation directly supports food, medical treatment, and shelter improvements for dogs in Romania and Mexico.
